Prior to our involvement, the properties had been listed for nine months with minimal engagement from potential buyers. We work with the developer to conceptualise the target buyer. Once finalised, we created a bespoke design which was an organise neutral theme which complimented the contemporary design of the home.
Outcome
Three offers in one hour from the first three viewings following our staging at asking price. The buyers wished to purchase the show home and the furniture.
